Hi, my name is Gemma and im trying to raise some money for my friend Emmalee's babys funeral.

Emmalee gave birth on the 3/1/2026 at 6:45pm to a beautiful baby boy called Levi George Anthony. Sadly he passed away on the same day at 9:45pm.

Levi had a conditon called Right-sided Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (RCDH).

Right-sided Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (RCDH) is a condition that occurs during fetal development where the diaphragm—the muscle that separates the chest and abdomen—does not form completely, leaving a hole. This means the hole is on the right side of the diaphragm. RCDH is less common than the left-sided type, occurring in about 17% to 20% of CDH cases. The defect allows abdominal organs, such as the liver, intestines, and stomach, to move up into the baby's chest cavity. The presence of these organs in the chest prevents the lungs from growing and developing normally (pulmonary hypoplasia), making it difficult for the baby to breathe effectively after birth.

Unfortunately he was also born at 27 weeks gestation which meant his lungs couldnt function on top of this. Also being around Christmas and having her daughters birthday in the 1st week of the year her finances are low and every cent counts. My aim is to help her with funds towards his funeral to give him the send off that he deserves.
