This site was set up for an Angel who paints 
Angels. Frank Giovingo, native New Orleanian, is donating 500 Ceurlean Angel paintings to a specialized department of patients in Touro Hospital in New Orleans. He is a true Angel. When speaking to Frank his words speak to who he really is as an artist,  " I can't live without a goal. I feel this need to give. It's why I'm here."  Your donations will go to all the art supplies he needs to paint because the hospital isn't paying for this. Currently ALL fees for painting supplies come straight out of his pockets. These children get to take these paintings home to hang in their own rooms!  ANY amount is VERY helpful!
