Coach Joe

Hello Friends-

As many of you may have already heard, our wonderful Coach Joe lost his wife, Mysue, early Friday morning. Mysue battled with her health for years and had recently been in and out of the hospital. She was well-loved and well-taken care of by her husband and their two sons, Kalen and Collin.

Many of you have expressed an interest in what we can do for Joe and his family. After much thought we feel the best way to help would be to alleviate some of the medical bills and other costs that add up over the months and years with illness. Please know that any amount helps and is immensely appreciated.

For those of you that maybe don't know a lot about Coach Joe Pimentel, here is a little history:

Joe has been involved with baseball his whole life, graduating from Cal State Fullerton. He and Mysue had two boys and Joe coached them both all through little league with great success. He LOVES kids! His never-ending energy with the kids is amazing. To name a few things- Joe volunteered his time to coach three All Star teams from Encinitas Little League, 2014, 2015 and 2017. The 2014 team made it to Western Regions. He is currently coaching a team of eight year boys instilling in them the love of baseball. He's given batting lessons to boys and girls of all ages for too many years to count, dedicating time during the week as well as his whole Sunday. Coach Joe is so full of love for the game and the kids and they love him back!
