Help Jen get her smile back!

Please help Jen cover the cost of 17 teeth extractions!

As many may know Jen was recently hospitalized with sepsis and pneumonia. According to the doctors, part of the reason it got so severe within 24 hours is because of the state of her teeth. What many of you may not know is that Jen has been in the process of figuring out how to get her teeth fixed since before Nate died and has finally found an oral surgeon willing to take on her case because of all her complex medical conditions.

Her teeth are in terrible shape because of Ehlers Danlos syndrome (a genetic connective tissue disorder.) Her insurance has limited dental coverage and due to the total number of extractions she requires, the insurance will not cover it all. Because of her other long term medical conditions and the recent hospitalization, the doctors feel it's safest for her teeth to be removed all at once. Her insurance covered the dentures fully, but she cannot use them until she has the remaining broken teeth removed. The goal amount is the cost to cover the extractions not covered by insurance so she can have it done all at once in the safest way possible.

Please help us raise the money so that Jen can help restore her health and eat pain free for the first time in many years!
