Hi my name is Ian , I had a stroke 12 weeks ago now, left arm and leg still weak memory not so good, and fatigue is ridiculous. I didn't realise how hard it is to rebuild your fitness, strength and confidence, there are many out there far worse off than me, together we can all do this.
