Stroke survival

Hi my name is Ian , I had a stroke 12 weeks ago now, left arm and leg still weak memory not so good, and fatigue is ridiculous. I didn't realise how hard it is to rebuild your fitness, strength and confidence, there are many out there far worse off than me, together we can all do this. So many thanks for any support, it really means a lot.
