Standing with Greg in His Time of Need

When something needs to be done—really done—people call Greg.
For more than 30 years, Greg Page has been the steady hand behind the scenes in the powerlifting community. As Logistics Manager for USA Powerlifting, he’s the one who makes sure everything runs the way it should—organizing, solving problems, and quietly carrying the weight so others can succeed.

But that’s only part of who Greg is.
He’s the kind of man who steps up wherever he’s needed. Recently, he joined the board of his grandson’s football league—not because he had extra time, but because he believes that if you want to make things better, you show up and do the work. He’s caring, dependable, and known for doing things the right way. And if you’ve ever been around him at a meet, you’ve probably noticed one small but memorable detail—Greg always shows up looking sharp. Many of us have even made a habit of checking what he’ll be wearing each day.
That’s Greg.

And now, Greg needs us.
Just days ago, while serving at USA Powerlifting High School Nationals, Greg went to the ER. In the middle of doing what he has always done—showing up for others—he received a life-changing cancer diagnosis.

The news has come quickly, and like so many families facing this disease, Greg and his loved ones are still trying to process what it all means.

He is currently receiving care at Baylor Medical Center in Temple, Texas, with family having traveled to be by his side. The hope is to get Greg back home to Ohio as soon as he is able, where he can continue care surrounded by familiarity and support.

The financial burden of all of this is immediate and overwhelming. Between medical care, travel, and the cost of getting him home and supporting his family through this transition, the expenses are growing rapidly.

This is where we can step in.

Greg has spent decades lifting others up—often without recognition, without hesitation, and without asking for anything in return. Now, we have the opportunity to stand behind him.

Your support will help cover:
• Immediate and ongoing medical expenses and extended care needs
• Travel and transportation to return home to Ohio
• Support for family members navigating time away from work and travel to be with him in Texas

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps ease the burden and allows Greg and his family to focus on what matters most right now—his care, his comfort, and time together.

Tips to GoFundme: Donors are asked to leave an optional tip but this can be adjusted using the slider to 0%.

If you’re unable to give, sharing this page is just as meaningful.
Let’s come together to support someone who has given so much of himself to others.
