Support Jean Polycarpe's Family in Haiti for a Safe Home
Donation protected
I’m reaching out to share the story of my friend, Jean Polycarpe, and his family. Jean, currently working at a grocery store here in Illinois, was visiting the United States when political tensions in Haiti spiked, preventing him from returning. His wife and two young daughters remain in Haiti, where they live in very difficult conditions.
Currently, they’re staying in a tiny one-room space, sheltering with 19 others in a cramped, flood-prone home after gangs forced them from their previous residence. Their most immediate need is to relocate to a small, safe home of their own. We’re trying to raise $7,500 to help them meet this goal, which would cover basic expenses and housing costs for the next year.
If you feel moved to help Jean’s family in any way, please consider donating. Any contribution, big or small, would go directly toward helping them regain stability and security.
