UPDATE: Don passed away peacefully under hospice care on 7/28/2024.

Our beloved former Springs SCO Joni Rhodes needs our help! Joni's husband Don was admitted to the ICU at Advent Health Orlando this evening 7/26/2024, having suffered a massive stroke. The prognosis is not favorable. In addition to any prayers and good wishes you can put out into the universe, Joni will be unable to work for the foreseeable furture. Since this situation is emergent, details are currently limited.

Joni has always been one of the hearts of our Springs community and continues to work as able with residents here doing tasks and odd jobs. I am asking for anyone who remembers or cares for Joni or her daughter Candace, another former Springs SCO, consider contributing so she has some funds to help offset this potentially life changing situation.
