A Heartfelt Request

Dear Friends,

On Jan. 5, 2025, I had a massive heart attack. I spent 3 ½ weeks in the hospital, where the WakeMed surgeons went inside my heart to remove scar tissue and also removed dead blood vessels on the outside of my heart. After a recovery period, they put in a new pacemaker.

I now have high medical bills not covered by insurance, as well as a mortgage, utilities, and vet bills, and I need to buy gas and groceries. I am off work until I recover, and I don’t know when the doctor will release me. I have burned through all of my savings.

So here is my request to those with a caring, loving heart: Please send me a donation. Every little bit will help me get through this rough time, until I get back on my feet.
