Help Fulfill a Father's Final Wish

Hello my name is Amy Freed and I am trying to give my Dad his last wishes of being cremated and laid to rest with his family. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and Dementia and had a horrible long battle. He passed away this morning 5.31.25 @8:30am. I am a Mother of 2 small children and well with the economy the way it is there isn't much extra. My Dad did not have life insurance and only received Social Security which all but 60.00 month went to the Nursing Home he is in. I am asking for any help to please help me give him what he deserves. I can't imagine not having his ashes with our family.

My Father grew up in Slatington he was the son of the late Alice(Fuss) Lever(Freed) and Harry Freed. He worked at the Zinc Company in Palmerton until it shut down years ago. He then went on to work for Pencor Construction until he retired from there. He is a loving Father and Amazing Pappy to 5 Grandchildren. He has always been a face around Palmerton that many people knew to help anyone out when In need. He used to love to throw Halloween Parties and would never be one to turn down a good time. He is a loving caring man that deserves to be honored.
