Help me keep my family housed.

Thank you for taking the time to read about our circumstances. We are the Baker family; Lis, Clive, and our three young daughters. This year has been quite a challenge. Clive has a brain injury and is on blood thinners. As you can imagine this limits many activities and it means we are trying to make ends meet on one income. As luck would have it, among many other hardships over the course of the year, our car needed thousands of dollars in repairs, and cost us over a month of lost work. In spite of Lis working seven days a week for most of the year, we have fallen behind in rent, bills, and essentials. The car repairs ate up our tax return that we had planned to use to catch up on rent.

Our landlord has been incredibly patient but now he too is falling behind and can no longer go on this way. We’re facing eviction with nowhere to go.

Please, if you can, help us stay in our home, in our community, and local to Lis’s employment with Canine Cardio. And help us spread this fund far and wide.
