On August 27, 2020, Officer Bryan Brown #129 was killed in the line of duty. Ofc. Brown was 19 years in to a career that left a mark on those not only within the Tohono O'odham Nation, but those he worked with. He was well respected throughout the communities, and selflessly took on the position of School Resource Officer where he assisted in molding the lives of the young children that looked up to him.  Ofc. Brown looked forward to his retirement and couldn't wait to spend the rest of his days traveling the world with his wife. Ofc. Brown leaves behind his wife, seven children, four stepchildren, as well as other members of his immediate family.
