Help Beau Walk Again

Hi friends,

I never imagined needing to create a GoFundMe, but here we are, doing whatever it takes for someone we love.

Our 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Beau, has always been the happiest, goofiest, most loving dog. He’s the dog who greets everyone like an old friend and steals snacks off the counter the second you turn your back. He’s pure sunshine in a furry body.

But recently, everything changed. After suddenly struggling to walk, we learned that Beau has a double ACL tear — meaning both of his back legs need surgery. The only procedure that gives him a real chance at healing is TPLO surgery, and the estimate for both legs is over $10,000, not including recovery care, medications, and rehab.

This is an expense we just weren’t prepared for, but doing nothing would mean a life of pain and very limited mobility for Beau — and that’s not an option. He deserves to run, play, jump on the couch when he’s not supposed to, and live a long, happy life.

What the funds will help cover:

• TPLO surgery on both legs

• Pre-op imaging and labs

• Post-op medications

• Rehabilitation and physical therapy (if needed)

• Necessary recovery equipment (ramps, harnesses, etc.)
