We are Rebeka, Martin, and our sons Huxley and Rohan. For those who know us, you're aware that for 22 years we've shared a dream of creating our own little paradise on a family farm. In 2021, when we partnered with Greefleet , that dream became reality as we moved to Glendalough Farm in the steep Strzelecki Ranges of South Gippsland. Follow our journey here .
We've embraced farm life wholeheartedly and are committed to building our future on this land for generations to come.

Our Regenerative Farming Mission
We raise beef cattle using Regenerative Farming methods, an approach that:

  • Uses cattle to repair and revitalize the landscape
  • Encourages greater biodiversity and a healthy perennial grassland
  • Builds drought resilience by sequestering carbon into the soil
  • Fighting climate change through storing water and carbon in the soil
  • Produces healthier, more nutritious food

This regenerative approach requires our herd to be moved at least twice daily across our 290 acres of challenging terrain. If you know anything about the Strzelecki Ranges, you understand they are STEEP!

The Challenge We Face
Cattle need consistent access to fresh water—and lots of it. Currently, we're manually hauling heavy pipes and troughs up and down hills and valleys. While it keeps us fit, this labor-intensive system is unsustainable for both our family and our growing herd.

How Your Support Makes a Difference
We're seeking funding for a mobile trough water infrastructure that will revolutionise how we provide water across our farm. It works through pumping water from dams into water tanks that are elevated in the landscape. From there, gravity makes water available through quick coupling valves to our mobile trough.
See the design here.

The breakdown of the costs are:
  • Water pipes -$14,232
  • Water Tank (two already in place) - $3,000
  • Water Pumps - $17,000
  • Pipe fittings - $5,558
  • Contractor putting pipes underground - $7,200

Your contribution will:

  • Allow us to implement sustainable water infrastructure across all 290 acres
  • Reduce physical strain on our family while improving animal welfare
  • Help us maintain our regenerative practices for healthier a landscape
  • Support a local family farm committed to ethical food production. If you are interested in purchasing our meat, then head to our website here .
  • Enable us to focus on expanding other aspects of our regenerative operation

Any amount you can contribute brings us closer to making our farm more regenerative. Thank you for considering supporting our family's dream and our commitment to healthier land and food production.
