Firefighter Denis Davidson's Legal

Denis Davidson is a father of 3 and a 25 year veteran firefighter on the Mississippi Gulf Coast who unexpectedly lost his wife of 28 years to an illness last year.  Denis had a guaranteed issue life insurance policy through the city who employed him on his wife.  The insurance company Cigna and the city, after a year of appeals, refused to pay the benefits because of a dispute between the two on policy interpretation and poor documentation.  The city attorney has told Denis due to a conflict of interest they can no longer represent him and that it would be in his best interest to hire his own attorney to try and collect on his policy.  After months of seeking out an attorney who would take the case they advised him the legal fees could be substantial to win a decision on his behalf and pay him the benefits that the family needs to cover the funeral and medical expenses from the loss of his wife.  Please help Denis cover some of his legal fees so he can collect on the benefits that he paid for and is entitled too.
