Barb's fight against cancer
Donation protected
On January 10th, 2024, our beloved mom, friend and snack bar extraordinaire Barb Cenite was diagnosed with colon cancer and found a large mass. Never in a million years would we have thought that this would happen to such a wonderful person. Nothing in life prepares you to hear that your loved one or friend has cancer. She is a devoted mother and grandmother and extends herself as family to each and every one she knows, always being a light to those around her. Even through the cancer diagnosis, Barb is still optimistic, and remains very positive. With that said, the burden of medical bills and loss of work is already starting to hit. We humbly ask that you find it in your hearts to donate. Any amount is appreciated.
Barb is a selfless, hard-working, humble, supportive, and loving individual who has been a fearless leader at Tatum Ranch for 15 years. She shows up with a smile on her face, positive attitude and ready to make her killer “Barb Burritos”. Anyone that knows Barb at Tatum knows that we can always rely on her for anything we need. The club will miss her deeply but also looks forward to helping her in every way possible.
Thankfully, her first surgery is scheduled for February 26 to remove the mass, and determine how far the cancer has progressed. The oncology group at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix is working hard to support Barb. After her surgery, a series of tests will be scheduled and potentially chemotherapy. We appreciate all of your love and support as we embark on this difficult journey.
