Hi everyone,
Recently our five year old Siberian Husky; Prince was rushed to the ER due to sudden seizures and fainting episodes. Our loving Prince has been in the hospital since OCT 17. Prince is an important member of our family who we deeply love and care for very much. He normally is very active, loves all animals and kids.
Unfortunately Doctors are not sure what is wrong with him as his symptoms are constantly changing which is making it hard to get a diagnosis. What we know so far is he has a urinary track infection, his prostate is extremely inflamed, his testicles are inflamed, he seems to have developed a trombosis, he is also bleeding through his pores and is not able to eat by himself. They currently have him on antibiotics, feeding tube, antiflamatory medicine, IV, and pain medications. The Doctors are running lots of tests and possibly suspect an autoimmune disease or some type of cancer.
We have insurance, but unfortunately the insurance does not cover all of the expenses and as of right now the bill at the hospital is over $10,000. On top of the current bill, Doctors need to run a CT scan and an MRI which both cost over $11,000. Every day he spends at the hospital it is between around $3,800, and he is not ready to come home, but we need him home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated to help us cover the medical bills and save our baby boy’s life. Thank you all!!
