Our family is walking through an unexpected and difficult season.

Bill, the owner of Poot's Cactus Nursery, (and the heart behind it) has been recovering from emergency surgery for an aortic dissection, a sudden, life-threatening condition that turned our world upside down. You may know him as a business owner and friend, but he is also a husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and a pillar in our community. He’s a steady presence, quick to laugh, and always ready to lend a hand, simply because that’s who he is.

During Bill's recovery, our family will be focused on staying present for him, praying for continued recovery, and trusting God through each day.

At the same time, the realities of medical expenses, time away from work, and keeping things afloat during his recovery are increasingly heavy and overwhelming.
