Help out a good man!

Hi, My name is Jeff Willard. I live in Woodbridge, Va. I am currently employed as a meat cutter in Northern Va. 6 months ago I was Diagnosed with a brain tumor. I do not have any long term sick leave and my Insurance has been canceled. Im lookng for help with the medical bills that are piling up from chem-therapy and other treatments.
