Hi everyone,

My name is Samantha, and I’m reaching out during one of the hardest moments of my life.

My dad, Dan, recently passed away after a difficult and courageous battle with cancer. Watching someone you love go through that is something you can never truly prepare for. He fought as hard as he could for as long as he could, and I’m so proud of his strength.

Like many families facing serious illness, the last while has been incredibly tough—not just emotionally, but financially as well. My dad had been on long-term disability, which made things increasingly difficult leading up to his passing.

We are now trying to give him the farewell he deserves, and since he was on LTD, there are certain documents they are looking for that as of now, we are unable to get in a timely manner, therefore they are unable to process the application.

My dad was a man who left an impression on everyone who knew him.

Even if our journey together wasn’t always perfect, the moments we shared meant everything to me, and they are something I will carry for the rest of my life.

I’m asking for help to cover funeral and related expenses so we can lay him to rest with dignity and love. Any support—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this page—means more than I can express.
