I am going to start my last semester at Claremont Graduate University in a few days. With the help of a family member I was able to fund myself through the first  year post the receipt of scholarships from the school. Last year I worked throughout the summer saving whatever I got towards my third semester. Unfortunately, the support of my retired parents from the missions field in the fourth and last semester would require them to empty most of their savings. For this reason I've had to set up a Go Fund Me.  I work in a Higher Education Journal to pay for my rent/food here. My research area focuses mainly on refugee education and vocational skill development for underserved populations in the classroom.
The entirety of the $9000 that I'd be required to pay this semester is not what I have listed here. I do feel uncomfortable asking for help especially during a pandemic, while many deal with income insecurity.  I will be extremely grateful if God places it in your heart to help me finish school. Regardless, I hope the new year is filled with God's grace and mercy in your life.
