Kenny's Top Surgery

Hi, my name is Kenny (they/them), and I'm raising money to pay for my gender-affirming top surgery this winter with UCHealth in Denver, CO. Let's break down what that all means:

Top surgery refers to an outpatient procedure that seeks to reconstruct a person's chest to better align with their gender identity. My surgeon will remove my breast tissue and reshape my chest to appear more masculine. As a trans nonbinary person, my chest has been a source of pain and confusion since I was first going through puberty as a kid. An example of gender-affirming medical care, top surgery will help me move through the world far more comfortable, confident, and at peace in my body -- both physically and psychologically.

I'm raising money for this surgery because it's both really important that I do this procedure and really expensive to pay for. If you feel inclined to donate any amount of money to help me pay for this procedure, I would be so grateful.

The fundraising goal I set is based on a billing estimate I received from UCHealth. Whatever I don't use for surgery costs I will donate to Point of Pride, an organization which provides direct support and financial aid to trans persons in need of medical care.
