Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships

I’m Emily and I compete in Welsh Powerlifting. I have been given the phenomenal opportunity to represent Team Wales at the Commonwealth Championships!

I found happiness and an escape with the gym and powerlifting training shortly after losing my grandfather in 2022 and competed in my first competition 8 months after. During the times where I was struggling mentally powerlifting saved me so it would be an honour to represent Wales in something that got me through some of my darkest times.

Getting to South Africa will obviously be extremely expensive so any help towards getting there will be greatly appreciated!
