Hi, my name is Nancy and I am fundraising for my brother Erroll who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and he is now facing the biggest battle of his life.

Erroll lives alone on Mayne Island, BC, in a small 10' x 10' cabin without running water. Despite his difficult circumstances, he has always lived with resilience and independence, making a living as a talented woodworker. For 13 years he also worked as a Scenic Carpenter in the film industry. Unfortunately, his health has been steadily declining—not only because of the lymphoma, but also due to COPD, bursitis in his shoulder, and major knee issues.

Woodworking, which requires heavy lifting and full concentration on dangerous machinery, has become impossible for him. His doctors have made it clear: with chemotherapy treatments ahead, he can no longer continue his craft. This devastating news means he has lost his only source of income. On top of that, Erroll must travel off-island regularly for chemotherapy. Without a car, he relies entirely on the kindness of community members to get him to and from treatments. With no way to work and mounting expenses, he is now unable to keep up with his bills and debts.

Erroll has always been a hard worker and a kind soul, but right now, he needs our help.
