Dear friends and community,
On Thanksgiving Day, the Marsh family experienced a devastating fire that damaged their home and made it unsafe to live in. What should have been a joyful holiday quickly turned into fear, loss, and uncertainty. We give thanks that everyone is safe, yet the reality remains that their home will take months to repair before they can return. Early estimates suggest they may be displaced for six to twelve months.
During this time, the Marshes will face many unexpected expenses that insurance does not fully cover. Temporary housing, deposits, replacing essential items, meals during the transition, clothing, tools, and daily needs add up quickly. Even with insurance support, families in this situation often shoulder significant out-of-pocket costs.
As their church family and friends, we want to surround them with love, encouragement, and practical help. This fundraiser is one way our community can come together to lift a burden, meet real needs, and remind them that they are not walking this road alone.
All funds raised will go directly to the Marsh family to help with:
Temporary housing and related fees
Essential clothing and supplies
Replacement of items lost in the fire
Out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance
Everyday needs during their period of displacement
Any amount you feel led to give will make a meaningful difference. If you are not able to give financially, your prayers, encouragement, and sharing of this page are also deeply appreciated.
Thank you for showing compassion to a family who has faithfully blessed so many others. Together, we can help the Marsh family rebuild and move forward with hope.
With gratitude,
Pastor Joel
