Essex CTC and Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation

On Saturday 18th May, I'll be looking to conquer my fears by abseiling down the Southend Hospital tower block, 154 feet in all, to raise charity for two great causes.

The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre serves thousands of people each year saving many lives. Equally the Justin Edinburgh 3 Foundation does incredible work is another charity close to my heart. Both need your help to keep them providing valuable service to the people of Essex.

I hope you can find some spare cash to donate to these great charities that serve our community.
