DaWayne suffered a massive heart attack Wednesday and was life flighted to Utah Valley Hospital where he ultimately passed away.

His death has come as an unexpected tragedy to his three children who love and adore him.

DaWayne didn't have a life insurance policy so the financial burden of medical and funeral expenses will fall on his children. The thought of this has become debilitating.

Stefani, one of my closest friends is the oldest of the three by 16 years. She's feeling the pressure to protect her younger brothers from this financial burden but without our help this will only add more to her already full plate.
