Funeral Expenses For Homer Grant
Donation protected
I am writing to you today to inform you all about the loss of Homer Grant. Homer, a lifelong resident of Irons Michigan was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer just under two years ago. Unfortunately, after two long years, I am saddened to inform you all that early this morning Homer’s vicious fight with cancer has come to an end.
He leaves behind his beloved wife Angie, daughter Ashley, son Brandon, 5 grandchildren, and so many others.
Homer, dedicated his life to his family, friends, loved ones, and his community. Homer, the owner of Homer Grants Construction has helped countless families in the area through his business and always gave back to the community in any way that he could.
Tragedy first hit the Grant family in March 2019 when their home was destroyed by a fire. Determined to rebuild, Homer and Angie spent nearly 18 months working to rebuild a new home. They accomplished this by themselves, until tragedy strikes again in 2020 when Homer was diagnosed with cancer. Unable to continue doing the work alone, friends and family stepped up and helped the Grant family finish building their home.
We are all devastated by the loss of Homer and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral/celebration of life service. We want to give Homer the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.
I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Homer's funeral/celebration of life. Anything that you may contribute to this fundraiser would both be helpful and appreciated. If we exceed our goal, any additional funds will be donated directly to the Grant family.
Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help Homer's family during this difficult time.
Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.
