Hello, my name is Crista and I'm Trisha's big sister! On September 18th, 2025 the unthinkable happened to our family. After finding my sister unresponsive at home , a trip to the ER by ambulance, and results from a CT scan...the devastating news of a brain bleed. A ruptured brain aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhaging. She was flown to Sacred Heart in Spokane by Alert helicopter, where she is residing in the ICU for an extended period of time. She's been reaching milestones daily, but still has a very long road to recovery. And will need some help with expenses that insurance doesn't cover! She's been a fighter, so let's fight for her!

We've reached phase 2, Rehab!! She's checked in at St. Luke's Rehabilitation Center in Spokane for the next 2-3 weeks for some intensive therapy before she's released to come back home. Once back home she'll continue rehab with a home Healthcare nurse. Some of this will be covered by insurance, some will not! We're looking at some remodeling expenses to create a safe place for Trisha to continue recovery and she'll need some special amenities to aid in that recovery!
