Six months ago the Jacques family received the very sad news that their 5 year old middle son Nathan has a condition called aortic stenosis.  The doctors said they wanted to monitor him and that hopefully it would resolve itself.  Unfortunately at Nathan's six month check up they were told that his case had gone from mild to severe (now including multiple valves in his heart) and that he would need to have open heart surgery immediately.  The out of pocket costs for the surgery alone will be an incredible financial burden for them but the surgery will also be done at Children's Hospital in Boston so there will also be added costs of gas, hotels, etc... The family is dealing with so much right now and so we want to do whatever we can to help alleviate this financial burden for them.  ANY donation to help them would be so greatly appreciated.  NOTHING is too small.  If you are a faithful person, your prayers would also be appreciated.  Thank you so much for your kindness.
