I’m a 28 year old autistic nonbinary person who has struggled with their identity for a very long time.

Over the past few years, I have been going back and forth deciding on the right path for me, as an individual, and what my future would look like in an ideal world. This has been incredibly difficult but I have decided that in order to live my most authentic and comfortable self I would like to get top surgery.

Not only would a Mastectomy help significantly reduce dysphoria and allow me to present in a way that feels more in-tune with myself; it would also significantly reduce sensory issues that I have surrounding my chest and subsequent clothing that I have to wear in order to support and/or conceal it.
