Hello! My name is Bridget and I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Colorectal cancer. I have been the one taking care of my mom who has permanent damage from her cancers uterine sarcoma, breast cancer, melanomas (more than one) & radiation damage. I am also a special education teacher but have not been able to work since starting chemo.

I have accumulated a substantial amount of debt from doctor and hospital visits on top of my regular house hold bills. My disability does not kick in for another 5 months, so I need to figure out how to make it until then.

I will continue to fight this ugly disease with everything I have! I want to live and see my grandchildren grow up. It’s hard to ask for help but cancer has humbled me.
