My name is Jonas Dahl, I’m 20 years old and from Norway.

I’m currently studying Sports and Nutrition Science – a field I’m truly passionate about because I believe a healthy body and mind are the foundation for a fulfilling life.

Outside of my studies, swimming is my biggest hobby. It helps me stay focused, motivated, and gives me the energy I need to keep pushing toward my goals.
