Help with Gucci’s vet bills

Hi! My name is Gypsy, and my cat, Gucci - or, often called Baby in our house—is currently undergoing treatment for an unknown issue. She's a sweet girl, now eight years old, and she suddenly began acting strange on the 18th of May, when she began avoiding solid food and throwing up. We didn't think much of it, since she had a habit of producing hairballs, but it began to get worse. So, we took her to the vet, and she may have early kidney disease.

We're not 100% sure if that is the issue so it is something we will have to look more into, but the cost of veterinary care is a lot. The cost of the initial consultation, blood work, x-rays, and sedation for her anxiety all came to $1.4k. Aside from that, the extra medication and specialized dietary needs are a lot of money. If anyone can support her, we'd be insanely grateful, and we appreciate any help. :)
