Dr Kashif Nabeel, Iqbalian ex-DDHO, now working as SMO and incharge RHC Khariyanwala, Dist. SKP was shot thrice by 3 goons and got 2 bullet fire injuries.
According to sources, he has been running ANTI QUACKERY CAMPAIGN by Govt of Punjab, and few peoples tried to took revenge.
He had an exploratory laparotomy for 9 hours, now status post gut repaired, colostomy done, vessels repaired, bladder repaired and 40 pints of blood transfused. Next day, he underwent critical re-exploration surgery. He remains in Surgical ICU Doctors Hospital, Lahore. ALHAMDULILLAH, His condition is stable now, but he needs a long time to recover fully.
We as a part of Doctors community, need to support him in managing medical and legal costs so that the culprits can be brought to justice. These inhumane criminals need to be brought to justice so that nobody does it again. We are starting fundraising campaign.
