The Waugh Family

Our beloved Carnardo Waugh was a wonderful son, father, friend, and brother who touched the lives of those around him.

We are all devastated by this loss. No one was prepared for this, much less his family. Let's do what we can to show Carnardo the respect and honor he deserves.
