Leaving Hospice, back to LIFE! I Need Help

January this year I could no longer care for myself. 4 years of treatments had left me weak and at the terminal end of Pulmonary Hypertension.  My fantastic doctor admitted me to the hospice so that I could receive care until  I passed.  I weighed 354lbs, full of water that my kidneys could no longer remove from my body. By March  I was sleeping 23 hours a day and was prepared to die. After a few weeks of no food or water, I lost over 40lbs and woke up.  I lost more weight and long story short I weigh 224lbs and my water is gone and there are no signs of my disease so  I have a new life!
Prior to entering hospice, I sold my car for the balance owed and gave away everything,  I mean everything I owed to friends ad others.  My dear friends had brought me sweats and teeshirts and some mailed me goodies. These were more than was needed I figured.

So TODAY I  am PREPARING TO leave hospice on Aug 31st, I am one of the lucky miracles in life but I leave with not much more than I arrived with and my friends  I NEED HELP.
