Ella Didia Family

Alisha and John Didia are known for helping others yet never ask for help for themselves. Now is a time when we can give to this wonderful family.

Their youngest daughter, Ella, has muscular dystrophy. On May 14, Ella aspirated which caused cardiac arrest. She was without a pulse for 26 minutes. Sweet Ella is a little fighter and miraculously pulled through and was even smiling at her parents just 2 days later! However, Ella has a long road of recovery ahead of her.   14 days after the arrest she was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. She is now at Cincinnati Children's Hospital where she can get the best care for her specific needs.

Alisha and John have of course never left her side. They have other children who need care and will join them in Cincinnati. Expenses will add up quickly being in a different city for food, travel, housing and medical bills for Ella. This, combined with the inability to go to work since Ella's hospitalization, compounds the potential financial issues.
