Our family unexpectedly lost a loved one Saturday morning. Megan (Eichenlaub) Collinsworth, age 31, was a mother of two young girls, Alyssa (3) and Millie (2), wife of Jeff Collinsworth, daughter of Ted Eichenlaub and Stephanie Lamperski (Helton). Older sister of Michael and Derek.
