The Lamont family has recently suffered a great deal of loss in their lives. On May 27th 2015 the father of the family, Patrick Lamont passed away. In the spring of 2014 the family lost there home to a fire. In 2008 the mother, Janet Lamont battled and eventually overcame breast cancer. Unfortunately, this fight has left her unable to work. In 2011 the oldest son Anthony Lamont was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. It was in remission, until the fall of 2014, when the symptoms returned.
The family has lost everything. With the amazing help of the community, and the perseverance and determination of the Lamont family,they were able to maintain a somewhat normal life style. However, with the recent loss of the father, they are Experiencing a severe financial hardship.
This fund is being created in an attempt to provide much needed support for this family in their extreme time of need.
