Brian is a LU 597 Pipefitter. He is a loving and dedicated father. Brian is also a local 4-H leader. He and his wife Kelly have 6 children. They attend the SSPX chapel in Oak Park, IL. On Friday December 9th Brian was attending a 4-H event with his kids at SkyZone Tampoline Park in Schererville,IN. While jumping he suffered a ruptured patellar tendon. He had surgery on December 15th. The recovery time for this injury is estimated at 6 months. Brian is the sole provider for this family of 8 with one more on the way. The family is extremely worried with the growing medical costs as well as the loss of wages during this difficult time. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
