Help The Young Family Rebuild After Flood

On the morning of Sunday, August 10th, my dear friends Jessi and Joel awoke to find their home submerged in flood waters. They have suffered great losses following the recent historic flooding from the Menominee River. Their entire basement was underwater, with over 3 ft of water coming into their first floor. They lost both of their cars, all major appliances in their basement, including their water heater, washer, dryer, and furnace, and countless personal items, photo albums, and irreplaceable keepsakes. They cannot return to their house until it’s gutted and treated for mold remediation. While they’ll be able to replace one car with insurance coverage, unfortunately, their homeowners insurance will not cover these significant losses, and they will have to personally fund all necessary replacing and rebuilding.
