Despite an encouraging initial response to treatment and ongoing integrative therapies, Logan’s lymphoma is active again. After developing symptoms, she was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the PICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. She currently has a right chest tube and a pericardial drain in place to remove fluid from around her lung and heart, helping her breathe more comfortably. 

 At the same time, Alana and Nick had their home retested for mold and bacteria. While the areas remediated in October have improved, new areas of concern were discovered. This means their HVAC system will require a complete forensic cleaning, all furniture will need to be replaced, and the entire home — along with its contents — must undergo thorough cleaning to create a safe environment for Logan’s healing. 

 Because Logan requires constant care and hospitalization, both Alana and Nick are once again unable to work. Their full focus is on being by Logan’s side and making the critical decisions needed for her treatment and recovery. As medical and home-remediation expenses continue to grow, the financial strain is significant. 

 Logan remains incredibly strong and brave. She is determined to get back to doing what she loves — back walkovers, splits, dancing, and riding horses. Alana continues to stand faithfully by her side, surrounded by the unwavering support of family and friends. They are committed to continuing integrative treatments and uncovering the root cause so Logan can live a vibrant, healthy life.
