Billy Self - Critical Care

Billy went to the emergency room late Saturday night, January 23rd with severe pain in his chest and abdomen. He was admitted to the hospital with a diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Things took a severe turn and he was moved into ICU and intubated. Then it was decided Billy needed to be life-flighted to San Diego because he needed a lung specialist. He is currently in the Critical Care Unit of the hospital where the infection spread to his kidneys and into his lungs. Bobbi has been by his side the whole time commuting from a hotel near the hospital to his bedside daily. He is on continuous dialysis and doctors are not sure how long he will need to stay in the hospital. It could be a month or more and then he will still have to recuperate at home. This has put an incredibly heavy financial burden on the family and we appreciate everyone's prayers and support.
