Roxies Emergency Surgery

I woke up this morning Thursday July 21st, 2022 to find throw up all over our house. I put our two dogs outside to clean up and when I went out to bring them in our dog Roxie was laying down in the corner of our back yard and wouldn't get up.

Adam got her in the house but her condition didn't get any better, he texted me to call the vet. Our Vet was full and recommended calling an ER vet.

We got her to Green Acres Vet in Tonawanda and 3 hours later she was being brought into emergency surgery.

Her stomach flipped which if left untreated would be deadly so we were faced with three options.... put her down, pay $12,000 to do the surgery and keep her in the ER for 4 days or pay $9000 do the surgery and bring her home tonight at midnight....

We are bringing her home tonight at midnight. We will still have quite a journey ahead of us with healing and follow up vet visits.

This has been such a long exhausting day and financially we are now in a hole.

We are looking for any help from our friends and family to help alleviate some of the stress.
