My name is Dale Scoggin. My best friend and long-time sailing buddy, Joel Peterson, had a heart attack and passed away on Monday, January 18th, 2016. Joel was an avid sailor, scuba diver, and the most loyal friend I've ever had. He leaves behind his wife, Francis, and their two kids, Zachary (3 years) and Saylor (18 months). Joel was the bread-winner and sole provider for their family.
This fund has been established to help Francis and her children financially as they try to move forward.
