ABOUT US
We are Beautiful Death Theatre, A theatre company co-founded by drama school graduates Izaak Hamilton-New and Michelle Allen. We got bored of waiting around for emails from our agents, so we formed Beautiful Death with the aim to create new and ambitious stories told through the medium of theatre.
Since then we have had two successful runs of our brand new play 'You Are What You Eat', written by Izaak and directed by Michelle. Now we plan to take the show to new heights by performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
WHAT IS THE PLAY ABOUT?
A comedy about two boys who will do whatever it takes to accomplish their dreams of becoming detectives. Little do they realise that their childhood dreams will become subject to adult consequences once they come across a murder scene. With the odds stacked high and bullets flying higher, their only weapons are their awkward heroics, a sarcastic sister and the belief that they might just be the city's last hope.

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR
Back in March we performed this production for the first time at The Drayton Arms Theatre and the postive response was enough to convince us to take the show further. The cast and crew returned for a second run at The Little Angel Theatre as part of The Camden Fringe where we recieved a lovely 4* review from Everything Theatre describing the show as;

Your donation will help us secure travel, accomodation and costs of the esteemed "theSpace on the mile" theatre which is located on the famous royal mile (located right in the heart of the Edinburgh Fringe).

We're very excited to be bringing this production to The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Everyday up until the Fringe, we will be working hard to be raising funds through donations and holding our very own scratch nights to showcase brand new writing.
