Honeymoon disaster

We are half way through our big honeymoon through the states after getting married in New York. While in Las vegas somehow we had our travel money cards skimmed and over $2000US was taken from both our accounts. We desperately need to replace this to get through the rest of our trip. The bank unfortunately can take up to 45 days to fix it and we don't have that kind of time. Please help anything is appreciated we just want to turn out luck around and enjoy our honeymoon.
