We are a group of 26 who meet weekly to create and share our love of dance. Formed in 2003 at McGill University, United Groove (UG) brings together students who share a love and passion for dance. Today, UG consists of dancers from many different backgrounds, mastering styles from hip-hop to contemporary to street jazz while fostering a strong sense of artistry, family, and dedication. UG has come to establish a reputation that goes beyond McGill and into the greater Montreal community, performing at athletic events, competitions, and fundraisers. Due to recent budget cuts from administration, we are asking for donations towards our winter show. This includes the costs towards theater reservation, technical services, studio rentals and costumes so that every group member can participate on stage and not have to stress about additional costs.
