Single mom of 4 kids needs help

On August 15th our lives were turned upside down. While I was in Seattle for a scheduled surgery for my youngest son, my two oldest were abused and tortured. This is a last resort for help as we have no funds, my bank account is in the negative and we have yet to receive support.
I am now the single mother of 4 wonderful boys. 3 of my 4 boys have been diagnosed with medical conditions. My 13 year old is diagnosed with ASD. My 9 year old is a type 1 diabetic and celiac. My youngest 7 year old was born with spina bifida and has a variety of health issues and complications as a result. He has had several surgeries over the years and his most recent surgery at Seattle Children's Hospital on August 7th was to place a g-tube and appendicostomy. He is on homebound services through the school district. He is tube fed throughout the day along with other procedures that need to be done to keep him healthy. Their medical needs have made it very difficult to search for credible employment at this time.
At this point, our weeks are filled with various therapy and doctor appointments. We have had to reschedule a recent trip to Seattle as a result of lack of funds. I am unable to purchase the everyday medical supplies needed to care for them properly including special dietary items, supplements and fuel to get them to their appointments.
My youngest has several upcoming appointments in Seattle the beginning of February that span over 3 days that cannot be rescheduled. His appointments include: Neurosurgery, Neurodevelopment, Urology, GI, and Physical Therapy. He will also have testing done at this time. MRI of spinal column, ultrasound of bladder and urodynamics. While insurance will help with mileage, the cheapest hotel room is $100 a night. Seattle is a 12 hour drive from where we live and because of his medical needs we cannot make the trip in one day.
On top of the medical needs of the children we also have the holidays coming up. We have been consumed with court hearings and paperwork and while we are able to stay in our home temporarily, we are only guaranteed a roof over our heads and a vehicle until January 1st.
We were hoping we would be receiving some support by this time but unfortunately that seems to be stalled.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. We hope to provide for the upcoming holiday season, have funds to provide for the various medical needs of the children, be able to afford the trip to Seattle and prepare if we must leave our family home at the beginning of the year.
